For reference only ... you can duplicate this kit for FAR less money with the upper gasket kit and additional gaskets.  See 'Gaskets in 3.x overhaul kit except gaskets for water pump and timing belt cover'

Please note that none of the gasket kits include the gaskets under the valve cover bolt heads.  These are only available with the bolts.
